These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile apps built on the Parlor Software platform ("the App") and this website. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

To use loyalty features, you must create an account with an email address. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Loyalty Program

Points, tiers, and rewards are provided at the discretion of the business operating the App. Point balances, tier thresholds, reward availability, and program rules may change at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the loyalty or rewards system.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.

Push Notifications

If you grant permission, the App may send you push notifications about your loyalty account, rewards, and offers. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlor Software and the business operating the App are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
